Velmora Systems is an independent infrastructure practice. We look after a modest fleet of dedicated and virtual machines in European data centres, and we keep them patched, monitored and backed up. Most of our work is unglamorous: capacity planning, upgrade rehearsals, log retention, and the occasional 3 a.m. disk replacement. That is rather the point — a quiet platform is a working platform.

Engagements usually begin with a short review of what you already have. From there we agree on a maintenance baseline, document it, and take over day-to-day operation. We do not resell hardware and we do not lock configurations behind proprietary tooling; everything we build is plain, auditable and yours to keep.

• Linux server provisioning, hardening and patch management
• Backup schedules with periodic restore testing
• Monitoring, alert routing and on-call rotation support
• Database maintenance, replication and capacity reviews
